Cambria Trust welcomes new Patron
As someone who has long played an active role in helping to preserve British waterways and other maritime interests, as well as having lived onboard a boat himself, David’s patronage is greatly welcomed and most timely. A Freeman of the Company of Watermen and Lightermen of the River Thames, his support comes just as our fund raising efforts to complete the restoration enter their final year, and as the Trust prepares for the barge’s operational role in support of local educational and social outreach activities.
